Our Team
Tom Flannery - Manager
Tom is a time served Toolmaker with 40 years of experience and is the founder of T&G.
In that time it has become necessary for adaption to the ever changing market of toolmaking.
Thus in 2000 Tom invested in purchasing CNC milling machines which allowed for the expansion of the company.
Now Tom works with customers to advise on their designs as well as ensuring high quality products are coming off the machines each and every time.
Luke Flannery - Design & Manufacturing Engineer
Currently doing his masters in engineering, Luke has been involved in an engineering environment since a very young age.
Thus he has grown with the company and received training in CNC Machining as well as 3-D CNC milling Machining in early 2016.
Now a days Luke works closely with Tom and Customers designing their work using 3-D CAD software and also working on the creation of programs for prototyping work.
